In 1994, Center for Training and Development, Inc. was initially established as a firm catering management consultancy and advisory services growing slowly from a professional staff of 1 to 16 staff. It is the Firm's philisophy to provide personalized service through a team of professionals with global experience and perpective and local expertise.

Center for Training and Development, Inc. is outsourcing company that provides various services to its clients such as accounting/payroll service, continuing education through the conduct of seminars and training sessions to clients and non-clients, on topics as international accounting standards, estate planning, SPV Law, new tax regulations, etc. These services are specially useful to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), family owned companies, and multinationals with small to medium operations in the Philippines.

In 2004, CTDI branched into a review center for CPAs by pioneering a CPA review school in Makati to cater non-CPAs who want to take class but are working in Makati and nearby environs. Several passers have been produced by CTDI during the last CPA board examinations.

A few months later, CTDI took over another CPA review school in dowtown Manila, Center for Review and Professional Development (CRPD) and became CTDI's Recto Branch. With the combined sources and pool of highly qualified reviewers and teaching staff, CTDI became a stronger review center for CPAs.

It continues to be a source of highly qualified CPAs for R.S. Bernaldo & Associates, an accounting and auditing firm that assures them of employment after passing the CPA Board Exams.

In 2007, CTDI Review Center offered review classes for graduates of Nursing for the local licensure examination. All the reviewers and resource persons are known educators/reviewers with more than three (3) decades of combined review experience and advance teaching methodology and review materials.

The CTDI review center located in Claro M. Recto is now exclusively devoted to Nursing review while the CPA review classes have been consolidated in CTDI Makati.
