Mr. Angelo D. Bernaldo is a CPA with experience in financial management, controllership, credit and collection. he is also experienced in real estate and property development, being the president of a real estate company.

He was formerly connected with a large multinational company and Big 5 CPA firm. A graduate of the University of the East, Manila (Accountancy, cum laude, 1972) and also took MBA at De La Salle University.

Ms. Ofel C. Flores is a Certified Public Accountant exposed to audit, accounting and business advisory services to various domestic companies engaged in different industries such as banking, quasi-banking, investment house, financing, real estate, insurance, retail distributorship, trading, car auto services, transportation, foundation, manpower and professional consultancy services.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce major in Accounting(resident scholar) from the Philippine College of Commerce (now Polytechnic University of the Philippines) She took up computer programming course at De La Salle University.
